Effectively treating your pain and helping you meet your wellness goals is our commitment to you. In order to help you reach your goals, your initial chiropractic appointment will consist of a consultation, an examination, and an assessment report along with a suggested treatment schedule.

Prior Paperwork

Before you see the doctor, Dr. Mills requires you to complete a standard health history form that will ensure the chiropractor factors in all of the outlying causes for your condition. Our friendly receptionist is happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this process.

New Patient Forms

Consultation

Once you complete your paperwork, you will meet with your doctor regarding your current condition and your future wellness goals. The more information we have about your previous and present health conditions, the more efficient the prognosis and treatment. Knowledge of our patients' health histories and goals enables us to create tailored solutions that will put them on the path to recovery.

Examination

After your consultation, your doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination which often times includes checking your reflexes, testing your range of motion as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural and physical examinations. If necessary, Dr. Mills may need x-ray's in order to get a thorough evaluation of your condition.

Assessment Report

At your next appointment, Dr. Mills will discuss the recommended steps to take in an effort to reach your health goals. The assessment report will not only clarify your treatment suggestions and costs, but will also help you determine whether or not our chiropractic services are right for you.

Treatment

Dr. Mills fosters a healthy, interactive patient/doctor relationship. We encourage you to voice any questions or concerns you may have with your suggested treatment schedule so that we can ensure you have a pleasant chiropractic experience.
